Refund policy

Returns
We hope that you love your purchase from All About She. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.  Please email your order information to customerservice@allaboutshe.net.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We gladly accept exchanges for size and/or a different product of equal value. Simply mail your item back within 30 days and we will ship the new size or item.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@allaboutshe.net and send your item to: 1550 Millrace Lane, West Chester PA 19380, United States. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
